As at the 2010 census, this city had an approximated population of 18244. The city was originally planned as a community around a golf course.

History

Before being an area that people could settle, Mill Creek was initially a forest-filled area. However, over time, the forests were cleared to pave way for new settlement. Throughout the 21^st century, the city has grown to be a beautiful place with many families and businesses residing here. This city was officially incorporated on August 30^th, 1983.

There are several creeks that flow through this city including the Penny Creek, the Nickel Creek, and the North Creek.
