Gillham is a town in Sevier County, Arkansas, United States, and is located six miles from Gillham Lake. As per the census of 2000, the town had a population of 188.

Gillham is located in an area originally the Silver Hill community which prospered greatly on the back of the first of the mining booms of the county around 1874. However, no silver or precious metals were found but that did not stop the growth of the town. In 1897, a new town on the Kansas City, Pittsburg, and Gulf Railroad was laid out about one and a quarter-mile southeast of Silver Hill. The town took its name from Robert Gillham who was the Chief Engineer of the Railroad.

Gillham was incorporated in 1902 with a population estimated at four hundred. Till the Great Depression gripped the country, Gillham saw a great deal of prosperity due to the working of the timber mill at Silver Hill and the proximity of the town to the Bella and Antimony Mines.
