At the eighteen miles southeast of Paris in the southeast, Lamar County is where Deport lies in Highway 271 of the Red River County line. Col. Out of the 286 households, there were about 28.08% of kids under the age of 18 living, with 48.6% married couples residing together with 33.9% non-families, and 14.3% of female householders with no husband present. Individuals made up about 30.4% of the households, with 20.6% living alone who are over 65 years. 2.82 was the average family size, with 2.28 being the average household size.<\/p>\n

With 21.3% under the age of 18, 22.8% between the ages of 25 to 44, 22.0% from 45 to 64, 7.1% from 18 to 24, and 25.7% for over 65 years in the city is how the population spread out. Forty-three years is considered as the median age here. There were 79.1 males for every 100 females. There were 68.2 males for every100 females age 18 and over.<\/p>\n
